ICESKIMO BEGINNINGS

Iceskimo started as a weekend pop-up in the summer of 2014. Inspired by the lack of delicious, healthy asian dessert options, Robert experimented with different ways to create an all natural, high-quality shaved snow at home and tested at the pop-up each weekend. Late 2014 Iceskimo opened its first retail location in the heart of Kearny Mesa and steadily expanded its menu to over 30 handmade flavors and craft milk teas. Early 2020 Iceskimo opened a larger flagship location in Eastlake, Chula Vista with an expanded menu. To this day, Robert still hand makes each ice block at his Ice factory to guarantee quality.
